Potential Tesla Partnership with vehicle manufacturers
Tesla is clearly the leader in electric vehicle production and technology. They have excelled from the roadster to the model last to the model X model three and now model why. These advancements in technology clearly exceed what most automotive manufacturers are capable of. Traditional auto makers have built their legacy on internal combustion engines and have not made the investments into electric vehicl technologie, let alone the vehicle charging infrastructure. Prior to the virus many of these legacy automakers stated they would make massive investments in the technology over the next decade. However with this health crisis investment into these companies legacy electric vehicles may be cut or stopped entirely. This may force many manufacturers to license Tesla technology in electric vehicles into their electric vehicle lineup. Companies such as VW seem to be potential future partners with Tesla in the years to come. An unexpected move for Tesla to partner with could be a partnership with a company such as Tata motors. This could lead to Tesla getting involved in the Indian market. This type of move could expedite Tesla expansion into India and other parts of the world. Supplying companies like this could expand the global expansion of A renewable future And align well with Tesla mission statement. Companies such a GM & Chrysler, BMW, Subaru, Honda may go the same path as A purchaser of Tesla‘s tech.
Not investment advice. I own TSLA.
