To handle this situation, I predict a tech company such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Tesla or another tech companies is in development of a small mobile Civic detection device. capable of charge and detection for an easy multi detection use. Intendend for individua use and at an extremely affordable price. This can be in connection with the federal Government for rese and or development costs. Having individuals carrying such a device could help open up society quicker. The federal government may reimburse the cost of each device to everyone. Scaleability with big tech has brought costs down the same could be done for this situation.
